During these crazy times of stay at home orders, people are trying to get by as best as they can. Some people are taking this time to connect with their families, some are cleaning and organizing their homes, and some are catching up on their Netflix queue. I am taking this time to work on my health with the help of Jenny Craig.
Jenny Craig delivers everything I need right to my house. My food and menu plans are delivered to my front door and my consultant calls me weekly like clockwork. It is nice knowing that Jenny Craig will keep me on track without me having to leave my house.
Plus, this is the perfect time to work on my health. I have at least 4 uninterrupted weeks to dig in and focus on myself. I won't have to worry about any surprise lunch meetings, birthday parties or being tempted by fast food. This is 4 weeks that I will take just for me.
