After years of trying every new fad diet in an attempt to lose weight, I felt like I no longer knew what healthy eating was. After gaining a significant amount of weight, I knew I needed help getting back on track, so I called Jenny Craig

When my shipment of Jenny Craig arrived it felt like Christmas. I opened the box and sorted through the snacks, breakfast selections, and dinners as I called out the names. My family members were a bit jealous of my menu selections and mom may have tried to swipe my Chocolate Lava Cake. I filled my cabinets and freezer with all the tasty selections like Chicken Street Tacos, Cheeseburger, Cheesy Chicken & Rice Bowl, and Kettle Corn. I was excited to start the program, especially since my first meal was Cinnamon Rolls and a Jenny Craig Vanilla Shake. 

On my first day following the Jenny Craig program, I knew I found a program that I could follow for my entire weight loss journey because the food is delicious. Jenny Craig is not your typical freezer meals. Jenny Craig provides premium, chef-crafted meals that are made with real food and nothing artificial. From Egg, Cheese & Turkey Sausage Burritos, Crustless Chicken Pot Pie, Moroccan Spiced Beef Stew - every meal has been flavorful and tasty. And the desserts are incredible. My favorites are Apple Crisp, Lemon Cake, and Triple Chocolate Cheesecake.
