The Cuisinart International Chef Crepe/ Pizzelle/Pancake Plus is a counter top press that is highly versatile. I have limited kitchen storage, so I am picky on what items I have taking up cabinet real estate. This press can be utilized for a variety of items and tasks and I know I will use it often so I have no problem adding it to my kitchen arsenal. (Plus, it can be stored vertically, so it doesn't take up much space!) The press comes with nonstick reversible plates. On one side it is a smooth surface, perfect for pancakes, tortillas, and crepes. The other side of the plates has a beautiful snowflake like design, perfect for pizzelles and mini waffle cones. This press can also be opened flat and utilized as a handy counter top griddle. It also comes with a recipe book filled with delicious international recipes.

Cuisinart also takes the guess work out of pizzelle making. The International Chef Crepe/Pizzelle/Pancake Plus has an indicator light and adjustable temperature controls that make sure your food comes out just right. I just set the controls to pizzelle and it dinged when it was done. I didn't have to hover over the press checking my pizzelles, I was able to complete other tasks and it just dinged when they were perfectly cooked!
I'm sure most moms will agree the worst part of cooking or baking is the clean up. But Cuisinart must of had busy moms in mind when they designed the International Chef Crepe/ Pizzelle/Pancake Plus because clean up is a cinch. I just popped out the nonstick, dishwasher safe, reversible plates and threw them in the dishwasher. Easy, peasy.

Now, after seeing how versatile this counter top press is, I can not wait to use it for homemade tortillas, pancakes, camping, mini waffle cones, ice cream sandwiches, latkes....
