Polish Silver Without The Toxins


Do you like to use chemicals to clean? Do you like to inhale all the toxins of silver polish cleaner?

 

NO?

 

Me neither. Did you know there is a super simple, inexpensive and cleaner way of cleaning your silver?

 

Combine 2 tablespoons EACH of baking soda and salt.

 

Place aluminum foil, shiny side up, in your sink or a container large enough to hold your tarnished silver piece.

 

Pour in steaming hot water into your vessel along with the baking soda and the salt.

Join us for a fun day of Mini Golf! The third annual Kids First Mini Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, May 19 at 10:30 a.m. or 1 p.m. at Heritage Hills Golf Resort. Monday, July 30 through Thursday, August 9 - Summer Kindergarten Kickoff Kamp

This camp is offered to children ages 5-6 entering into Kindergarten this fall 2012. Children lose an average of 1-2 months of academic skills and knowledge over summer break. Help combat this loss with our review classes taught by a certified Elementary School teacher to prepare your child for his/her first year of formal education. We will focus on the skills listed below with your child:- Letter recognition, sound, and writing- Pre-reading and writing skills- Numbers- Fine motor skills- Classroom behavior- Social skills

Music and Movement is our sixth Summer Adventure offered to children ages 2 to 10. We will use different music styles as the springboard to introduce the basics of dance moves and fun. Pack a lunch for your child and drop them off for a variety of games and activities. We will be spending time outdoors as weather permits. Please apply sunscreen to your child prior to drop off.

Scavenger Hunt is our seventh Summer Adventure offered to children ages 2 to 10. Pack a lunch for your child and drop them off for a variety of games and activities. Have your child wear hiking shoes for an entertaining and instructional Spy Hunt. This hunt is a great team building event encouraging strategy, exercise, and problem-solving. We will be spending time outdoor.  Please apply sunscreen to your child prior to drop off.

Take a journey into the history and science of time with hands on activities, crafts, and demonstrations.  (Held November 2, 2012)
