Every year Santa trades in his reindeer for a fire engine so he can visit neighborhoods all across York County! To ensure your family doesn't miss this annual tradition we've compiled a list of dates and times just for you. Please keep the following in mind when Santa and the fire truck visit your neighborhood:
1. Do not approach the fire truck! We know it's so hard to contain your excitement when you see the Big guy but please stay on the sidewalk, grass or driveway.
2. While driving Santa around to see all the good little girls and boys is a favorite activity for many of our local fire departments their main priority is to keep our community safe, so please keep in mind weather and emergencies may cause delays.
3. Updates on Santa's journey through town be sure to like and follow your local fire department's FB page.

Santa Claus will be in the area on December 7th! Santa and his elves will be greeting kids and giving them a small treat! Starting at 11AM the sleigh will be in the firehouse parking lot prior to taking off for those who would prefer to meet him there, and will also stop at CABC Church on Menges Mill Rd for anyone who would like to meet him there!

Santa will be coming around Saturday December 7,2024 to Red Lion Borough and a portion of York Township. Santa will leave the fire station at 10:30 am.
Saturday December 14,2024 Santa will travel through Windsor Township, Felton Borough and Chanceford Crossings starting with Windsor Township at 10AM
We received notification that Santa 
Clause will be in town and has asked if we would be so kind as to drive him around the area in one of our fire trucks to see the residents of this great community.
See the attached flyer for information on when he will be in your area and download the App to follow him. He will be arriving this Sunday Dec 8th.
Santa Claus is coming to town! On the firetruck! Due to Santa’s very busy schedule, he will be splitting up the area on 2 different days.
On Friday 13 December, Santa will start out on Roycroft Lane at 6pm and make his way to the Trails.
On Sunday 15 December, Santa will start out in the Poplar Grove neighborhood, then make his way into town on Front Street and Main Street, then to the Delta Ridge development, then back into town on Chestnut Street and end at Quarry Road and Slateville Road. Share with your friends and families! We apologize that we are unable to visit every road in the area, but Santa hopes to see everyone this weekend!

Christmas is in the air and Santa is getting closer.
Santa just let us know he will be visiting Jackson Township. Please pay special attention to the route as it has changed slightly.
The Santa Tour will begin December 15 at 3 PM with the first part finishing around 4:30. The second part will begin around 6 PM. Santa asked for a break in between the route this year.
As always, we will post updated locations on the Facebook page as the tour is happening so you know where Santa is in relation to your closest neighborhood.

Shrewsbury Volunteer Fire Company
Santa Claus will once again be coming to Shrewsbury the week before Christmas. He needs to check his list (twice). Since the Reindeer need to rest up for the big night, the Shrewsbury Volunteers have offered to give him a ride around town. This year he will be riding in a sleigh behind one of our fire trucks.
We invite you to come out to wave, scream, and share in our annual tradition.
We will make every attempt to visit everyone who wants to see the Jolly ‘ole Fella. If you do not see your street on the list below, please contact info@shrewsburyfire.com or comment on our Facebook page. (Please note: Santa must stay in Shrewsbury’s area in case there is an emergency).
If, by chance, there is an emergency that the Fire Engine needs to respond to, Santa has requested to ride along and offer his assistance to those in need. In the event that happens, we have a make-up night (12/18), where we will re-visit those streets that were missed. We will try our best to keep our Facebook page updated with the latest information throughout the evenings.

Our favorite time of year has arrived, and yet again we get to escort the big man around the community on the fire engine!
Santa plans to leave the firehouse Saturday December 21st at 3:30PM. We will first drive him through our York County area, and then begin our Carroll County Area starting around 7:00PM.
Attached is the final running route for Santa- all streets are listed in order. We typically get inundated with messages and special requests for this event every year. That being said, please take a close look at the route- and listen for the sirens! If your home is not covered in the route below, take a short drive to a friend’s house or a nearby street to see Santa. But please do it safely. We can only cover so much in one night.

Mark your calendars and prepare to see the Man in Red December 22nd!
He will be protected by members of the CVFC, under strict orders from the Chief to make sure he is returned in time to make his Christmas Eve departure.
