Every year Santa trades in his reindeer for a fire engine so he can visit neighborhoods all across York County! To ensure your family doesn't miss this annual tradition we've compiled a list of dates and times just for you. Please keep the following in mind when Santa and the fire truck visit your neighborhood:
1. Do not approach the fire truck! We know it's so hard to contain your excitement when you see the Big guy but please stay on the sidewalk, grass or driveway.
2. While driving Santa around to see all the good little girls and boys is a favorite activity for many of our local fire departments their main priority is to keep our community safe, so please keep in mind weather and emergencies may cause delays.
3. Updates on Santa's journey through town be sure to like and follow your local fire department's FB page.
2022 Schedule
York New Salem & West York Fire Companies
SANTA IS COMING! The New Salem and West York Fire Companies are joining together to bring Santa to both Boroughs. We are excited to have the Big Guy in Red join us on December 10th for a full parade of equipment from both companies starting at 4:45 pm in New Salem Borough and ending in West York Borough. We'll be bring Santa down every street in both boroughs in our 1929 open-cab Fire truck so be sure to come out and wave!

Lineboro Volunteer Fire Department
Saturday 12/17 and Sunday 12/18. . Please be mindful that all fire department apparatus will be available in the event of an emergency and we just might have to take Santa with us.

West Manchester Township Fire Department
Chief Laughman just received a phone call from the North Pole that Mr. & Mrs. Claus will be visiting West Manchester Township to make his final check of the naughty and nice list. He will be checking up on the residents by riding around the township on a fire truck.
Mr. & Mrs. Claus plan on visiting on December 17th and 18th. He will be vising the residents North of Route 30 on December 17th starting at 3pm and residents south of Route 30 on December 18th starting at 3pm. Exact routes will be posted the week of December 12th.
They look forward to seeing all of our residents!!
**Please note Mr. & Mrs. Claus plan on starting 1 hour earlier than years past due to the length of time it takes to complete the tour to ensure we are not disturbing residents after 9pm.**
Santa runs will start this weekend Dec 3rd!
We will be doing Yoe borough and Dallastown borough on Saturday, December 3rd starting at 12.
Next Saturday, December 10th will be Windsor Township.
Saturday, December 17th we will be in York Township. The schedule may vary due to weather if needed.
Laurele Company #1 - Windsor PA
We’ve just received some information directly from the North Pole! Santa will be stopping in Windsor this coming Saturday, December 3rd, starting at 2pm! He said that he wanted to start going through the Borough and surrounding neighborhoods starting from N. Blacksmith Road and down East Main. He’ll then be going up Windsor Road to John Norris, down through Azalea and up Valley Road visiting the developments along the way. He’ll then go through Chatham Creek and down Camp Street to the west end of the Borough, including High Street, then up North Camp Street to Manor Road. His sleigh is at the North Pole getting ready for Christmas so he asked us if he could ride in one of our fire engines!If you see or hear us coming sit tight! We’ll have some elves with us to hand out candy canes to all the good children! We look forward to seeing all of you this coming Saturday and thank all of you for your continued support!
Hanover Area Fire & Rescue
We will be bringing Santa to the Penn Township neighborhoods on Saturday & Sunday, December 10th & 11th. The travel routes are attached. Please remember, the times are approximate as we have no way to predict traffic or emergency calls. This is only in Penn Township neighborhoods. If you don't live in Penn Township, pick a neighborhood to go to and park along the street, and Santa will see you.
Santa Claus is coming to town!Be sure to mark your calendars because Santa Claus is coming to Glen Rock!! On Thursday, December 22nd we will once again be bringing Santa around Glen Rock Borough. We will begin at 6 pm and follow the route of the Carolers. List of streets and approximate time will be posted at a later date.

December 22 Santa will drive thru town starting at approximately at 6pm. At 6:30 pm you can join him and special guest for pizza at the Firehall!
This is a free event but donations are always welcome.
Alliance Fire and Rescue Services, Inc.
Santa will be stopping by our AFRS stations and driving around on the following dates:
December 10th you can visit Santa at our Felton station starting at noon and he will leave at 1pm to drive around Windsor Township, Chanceford Township and Felton Borough.
December 17th you can visit Santa at our Red Lion station starting at 10am then Santa will leave at 11am to drive through Red Lion Borough and York Township.
Red Lion Station is 201 W Broadway
Felton Station is 61 Main Street
We will be taking the same routes as last year and will send out a link for Santa tracker.
Eureka VFD will be escorting Santa on the weekend of December 17-18. On Saturday Dec 17th we’ll leave the fire station at 10AM and proceed around the streets of Stewartstown Borough. On Sunday Dec 18th we’ll leave the station at 10AM and proceed around the streets of the housing developments of Hopewell Twp that are in close proximity of Stewartstown Borough. We remind all residents that unfortunately we can’t make our way around to everyone because it’s imperative that we are in service in the event of an emergency call.
Wellsville Fire Company Santa Engine
Santa and friends will be travelling on a fire truck through Wellsville Borough, Warrington Township, Franklintown Borough and Washington Township on Saturday, December 10 from 11am-2pm. Goody bags for children will be handed out at each stop. Santa is looking forward to seeing you!

Shrewsbury Volunteer Fire Company
Santa Claus will once again be coming to Shrewsbury the weekend before Christmas. He needs to check his list (twice). Since the Reindeer need to rest up for the big night, the Shrewsbury Volunteers have offered to give him a ride around town. This year he will be riding in a sleigh behind one of our fire trucks.
We invite you to come out to wave, scream, and share in our annual tradition. (BRING COOKIES!!!)
We will make every attempt to visit everyone who wants to see the Jolly ‘ole Fella. If you do not see your street on the list below, please contact info@shrewsburyfire.com or comment on our Facebook page. (Please note: Santa must stay in Shrewsbury’s area in case there is an emergency).
If, by chance, there is an emergency that the Fire Engine needs to respond to, Santa has requested to ride along and offer his assistance to those in need. In the event that happens, we have a make-up night (12/21), where we will re-visit those streets that were missed. We will try our best to keep our Facebook page updated with the latest information throughout the evenings.
