Sign your kids up for KIDS BOWL FREE and get 2 free games every day all summer long!(there is a shoe rental fee) Program runs May -Aug

Sign your kids up for Kids Skate Free to enjoy 2 free weekly skate sessions every week all year round! 


 

3.York County Library Summer Read Club and Go York Program! 

Every Summer the York County Libraries hold a free Summer Reading Club and Go York Hiking Program for children, teens, and Adults! It's a wonderful program with great prizes, fun hands-on activities, and events. All you need is to register online or at your local library. Each Library has a different schedule of events and programs so be sure to check our event calendar often. 


4 Wacky Wednesday at Magic Elm Skateland

Join us every  Wednesday June -August for Wacky Wednesdays. Bring the special item listed for each date during the 1-3:30 Matinee or the 6:30-9 pm evening skate and get a FREE admission! Skate rentals are  available for $3 if you need skates but you may bring your own.(1 item= free 1 admission)

9.South York Cinema Time Machine Tuesday 

Join us all Summer Long for Time Machine Tuesday when all movies are $3.50! 


10.Codorus Pool and Splash Pad

The swimming pool and sprayground sit on a bluff overlooking Lake Marburg.

This activity or structure is ADA accessible. The pool has a ramp for people with disabilities.

Summer hours are 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. A fee is charged for pool use. Season passes are available at the park office.

The pool is very popular and reaches capacity on holidays and many weekends. Mid-week swimming is often less crowded.

A seasonal snack bar has hot and cold foods and beverages.

**2022 update**

Effective today, July 01, 2022, the swimming pool will be OPEN at full-pool, five days a week, Thursday thru Monday, 11am-7pm, and closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.  The slides will not be open at this time.  We will update this post when any changes are made.  Thank you for your patience as we worked through (and continue to work through) hiring additional lifeguards.

Pool entrance fees revert to normal pricing.  Season passes will be sold this year at regular price.  Graphic added with prices.  Please note that even though the graphic says open daily, the pool will continue to operate 5-days (Thursday-Monday) until enough lifeguards are hired to operate 7-days.

13.Appell Center FREE Summer Movies

Appell Center for the Performing Arts is thrilled to announce a NEW series of FREE films to the Capitol Theatre this summer, sponsored by M&T Bank. Every Wednesday will feature a family film at 10AM and a blockbuster title at 7PM. Tickets are free for all attendees who want to beat the heat, grab some snacks and a drink, and catch some awesome movies this summer.
