Description
Kick off the New Year and 2020 with an easy to moderate walk at Gifford Pinchot State Park. Led by the park naturalist and Friends of Pinchot volunteers, we will walk approximately 1.5 miles in the Conewago Day Use area. Don’t miss this opportunity to keep those New Year resolutions to get more exercise and spend quality time outdoors! This is a free, family-friendly program. Meet the group at the main day use building in the Conewago Day Use area, off of Alpine Road, in time to begin promptly at 1:00 pm. Be sure to dress for the weather, with layers for comfort, warmth and to stay dry! Hot apple cider and snacks will be available after the hike. Bring your own water bottle and/or snacks as desired.
