Description
Classes will be Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. with "Cool" Alan Kuhl leading youths and adults through various primal movements. Set the foundation for a lifetime of healthy activity by learning basic traversing techniques to navigate your environment with confidence and efficiency. Tap into your creative side, strengthen your brain and body by puzzle solving all while enjoying strength and cardio conditioning.
