Local author, artist, and York City advocate Shannon Conaway-Garcia is hosting a delightful "Community Holiday Hope" event on December 8th, from 1-3pm and 4-7pm at Rocky Ridge.

This festive gathering promises to be a heartwarming experience for all who attend. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute their artistic talents by helping to create a holiday coloring book. Imagine the sense of accomplishment and pride you'll feel knowing that your artwork will bring smiles to the faces of those who receive this special gift. But that's not all! The event will also feature a cozy hot cocoa bar, where you can indulge in rich, creamy cocoa while enjoying the sounds of holiday music filling the air. It's the perfect way to embrace the season's spirit of warmth and togetherness. Best of all, the funds raised from this event will go towards providing holiday gifts for a family in need, ensuring that the magic of the season is shared with those who might otherwise go without.

Thanks to the generous support of sponsors like Thrivent, Gigi Sweettooth, Phyl Cambell Publishing, The Rage Room York, and Creative Arts In Healing, ticket prices have been reduced to an affordable $20 per person. Not only will you get to be a part of this wonderful event, but you'll also receive a copy of the published community coloring book, featuring your very own artwork!

If you're interested in purchasing a ticket and contributing to this heartwarming cause, simply fill out this form, and Shannon will contact you to make payment arrangements. Don't miss out on this opportunity to spread holiday cheer and make a difference in someone's life.
