Come one, Come ALL to Dover Recreation's Annual Old Fashioned Carnival!
There is lots of fun to be had at our carnival such as old fashioned games, bounce house, face painting, balloons, bubbles, cake walk, petting zoo, the Emigsville Band and much more!
This long-standing tradition brings old-time fun to Dover at a penny budget. We hope to see you there!
