👣Kickbox Bootcamp- Mixing cardio & strength circuits with'll never do the same workout twice, and you'll leave DRENCHED!

🕚30 Minute Focus- We'll surprise you with 30 minutes of calorie-blasting, targeted work for either your booty, upper body, full body, or abs!

🧘‍♂️PiYo (KickRecovery)- Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga.

👶Kids Kickboxing- This non-contact kickboxing workout is perfect for ages 7-12, with exciting punching and kicking components! (Ages 13 & up may join our other classes!)

🏃‍♀️PowerKick- This class is high intensity & ideal for those looking to shred fat while learning & utilizing REAL Muay Thai form.

👊KickStart- A 30 minute session introducing you to the foundation of the KickHouse class method while developing essential skills you’ll be using in every other class format.

🥊ClassicKick- Our signature class method, expertly blending real boxing and kickboxing techniques with total body conditioning.
