I am a busy mom. I work full time from home, I have two children - one still in diapers,  I homeschool my daughter, I run a household, and I have a special needs child with several specialist appointments each week. I have so many things going on that sometimes it is difficult to stop and eat a meal. I needed snack and meal options that were suitable for both a 10-year-old and 2-year-old, that are healthy and can be enjoyed on the go. Most of the pre-packaged options that I found were full of sugar or full of chemicals that we have been trying to avoid. Then I found Stonyfield Organic Kids Yogurt Pouches.

A few months ago I watched a video about Stonyfield Organic farms, how they operate, how they started, and their deep commitment to the community, earth, and animals. I wish I could track down that video to share because it truly made me understand the importance of organic farming and how important the USDA Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified labels that you see on Stonyfield packages are. So when I found Stonyfield Organic Kids Yogurt Pouches at Giant I was immediately intrigued. The first thing I noticed after the Stonyfield logo were the flavors, like:

  • Apple Cinnamon Sweet Potato Whole Milk
  • Strawberry Beet Berry Whole Milk
  • Pear Spinach Mango Whole Milk
  • Strawberry Banana Low Fat
  • Vanilla

I already knew this was perfect for my family and what I had been looking for. The pouches are perfect for on-the-go snacking and meals, they could be frozen for our long days to be enjoyed later, and the flavors were spot-on perfect. My toddler enjoys flavorful blends with hidden veggies and whole milk. My picky-eating-tween, who can, unfortunately, read labels, enjoys the simpler flavors like Vanilla and when she's feeling wild, Strawberry Banana. Mom and Dad even ate a few pouches - my favorite is Strawberry Beet Berry and Pear Spinach Mango

Yogurt generally has a higher sugar content. So the next thing I did was flip the box over and check out the label. Stonyfield Organic Kids Yogurt Pouches have 25% to 35% less sugar than most kids yogurt with 9-10grams per single serve pouch. I also noticed the ingredients label - I was able to read all the words and knew exactly which whole foods the ingredients came from - all of which started with the word organic.

If you're looking for a delicious, organic, meal item or snack for your family, I suggest Stonyfield Organic Kids Yogurt Pouches. You can find Stonyfield products at almost all grocery stores in our area including Giant, Weis, WalMart, Sams Club, and Target.

I also have a few Stonyfield $1 OFF coupons left over from an event that I hosted. If you would like to receive one in the mail from me, please fill out this form HERE. First come, first serve. Coupons expire 12-31-19.
