{{COUPON}} Visit to Koziar's Christmas Village with Your Family

By By Jennifer Schorr, Publisher of Macaroni Kid Reading December 6, 2018

I have grown up visiting Koziar's Christmas Village, and it's one of the traditions that I am so happy to continue with my kids now, too. The self-guided tour down the paved and lighted walkways allows us to choose what order we want to visit all the fun displays from the indoor & outdoor train displays, old-fashioned bakery and beautiful manger scene to The Kissing Bridge (a must-see with your sweetheart), Santa's Post Office and visiting Santa Claus himself on Santa Claus Lane. Of course, my favorite part is driving there, when all of a sudden you crest the hill and you see the dazzling display of over a million Christmas lights in the valley below. I have seen it many, many times, and yet it still amazes me every time!

Koziar's Christmas Village has received many awards throughout the years, including "Best Outdoor Christmas Display" from Display World Magazine. When you live close to an attraction that gets world recognition, it is awesome, and should be on your to-do list of fun things to do with your family each December! World recognition also means that Saturdays can get quite busy. If sitting in traffic doesn't sound like fun to you, no worries! They are open all week long, and we recommend visiting during the week or even on a Sunday, when there are fewer visitors.
