All aboard! Thomas the Tank Engine invites little engineers to join him and his best friend, Percy, for a day of family fun at Day Out with Thomas: The Friendship Tour 2017. Children everywhere are invited to spend the day with their friend Thomas, when the #1 Engine and Percy pull into Strasburg Rail Road September 16-24, 2017.

Day Out with Thomas, presented by Mattel, is a nine-day event that provides children of all ages the opportunity to climb aboard and take a ride with Thomas, meet Percy, and participate in Thomas & Friends™ themed activities. In celebration of this year’s theme, Day Out With Thomas: The Friendship Tour 2017 will feature an array of friendship-inspired activities, including photo opportunities, crafts, and a fun activity that invite kids to collect passport stamps throughout the day to receive a trio of Day Out With Thomas friendship bracelets.

Event Activities:

• A 25-minute ride with Thomas the Tank Engine
• A 12-minute ride with Percy (Percy Package)
  
• Pictures with Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway
  
• Thomas & Friends Imagination Station featuring stamps, temporary tattoos, hands-on arts & crafts, train tables and coloring sheets
  
• Thomas & Friends video viewing and storytelling
  
• Fun extras including rides aboard Strasburg Rail Road’s vintage Cranky Cars, Pint-Sized Pufferbelly train, and LO&S motorcar train
  

Thomas trains depart every 30 minutes:

• Saturday: 9:45 am – 2:45 pm
• Sunday: 10:15 am – 2:15 pm
  
• Monday – Friday: 10:15 am – 1:15 pm
  
• Percy rides run between Thomas trains

Ticket prices are $21.00 (plus tax) for Thomas, and $27.00 (plus tax) for the Percy Package. Ticket prices are for age 2 and up; service charges may apply.
