Crustless Broccoli-Cheddar Quiche made with Eggland's Best Eggs

Ingredients:
- 10 ounces of steamed broccoli
- 6 Eggland's Best Eggs
- 1/2 cup of half and half
- 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Drain and dry broccoli and chop coarsely
- Whisk together eggs, half and half, and shredded cheddar
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper
- Place broccoli in a greased pie plate
- Pour egg mixture on top
- Bake until golden brown - 30-40 minutes
