Crustless Broccoli-Cheddar Quiche made with Eggland's Best Eggs

Ingredients:
  • 10 ounces of steamed broccoli
  • 6 Eggland's Best Eggs
  • 1/2 cup of half and half
  • 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar
  • salt and pepper
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Drain and dry broccoli and chop coarsely
  3. Whisk together eggs, half and half, and shredded cheddar
  4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper 
  5. Place broccoli in a greased pie plate
  6. Pour egg mixture on top
  7. Bake until golden brown - 30-40 minutes
