Egg Custard Pie made with Eggland's Best Eggs

Ingredients:
  • Pastry Crust
  • 4 Eggland's Best Eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Unroll pastry sheet into greased pie pan.
  • Bake 10-15 minutes.
  • In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla.
  • Pour mixture into crust.
  • Cover Edges with foil.
  • Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve chilled.
