Red Beet Eggs made with Eggland's Best Eggs

Ingredients:
  • Two 15 oz. cans of sliced beets
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 12 hard boiled Eggland's Best Eggs, peeled
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • Pepper

Directions:
  1. Gently heat vinegar and sugar with bay leaves.
  2. Add beets with their juice until hot.
  3. Pour over hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Refrigerate for 48 hours before serving.
  5. Slice in half, add pepper to taste.
