- Two 15 oz. cans of sliced beets
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 12 hard boiled Eggland's Best Eggs, peeled
- 2 Bay leaves
- Pepper
Directions:
- Gently heat vinegar and sugar with bay leaves.
- Add beets with their juice until hot.
- Pour over hard-boiled eggs.
- Refrigerate for 48 hours before serving.
- Slice in half, add pepper to taste.
