Hidden Stables in Dover, PA, is a family focused equine education facility that welcomes horse lovers of all ages and experience levels.
Hidden Stables provides a variety of affordable and fun programs that include:
- Barn Days – Offered through the spring and winter months, campers will spend a fun-filled day riding, grooming, learning the basics of stable management and more! Perfect for ages 4-16, cost is $40 and includes a snack. The final two Barn Days are April 12th and May 3rd.
- Pony Play Group – Perfect introduction to horses, the Pony Play groups meets every Wednesday from 6-7:15pm, beginning in April. Activities include assisted riding, crafts, games and group play time with our mini horse! Perfect for ages 3-6. Cost is $20 per session or just $15 per session if you pay in advance for 6 sessions!
- Week-long Summer Camps - Full day (7:30am-5pm) with a half day options available, with weeks designed specifically for tiny tots (ages 3-6), beginner and intermediate riders (ages 7-16), special needs riders and adults (ages 18+) – there is a summer camp option available for every age and skill level. - Weekly Private Lessons - One of our more typical offerings is our weekly private and small group lessons targeted at the dedicated rider. These lessons include an hour of private instruction, once a week, and two additional horsemanship sessions each month, at no cost!
